Clackamas Fire District #1 personnel responded to a multi-unit second alarm fire at the apartment complex on SE Roethe Street early Saturday morning.
Four units are uninhabitable and Red Cross responders are assisting seven adults and eight children with food, clothing, and temporary lodging. Red Cross client services caseworkers will continue to work with the families in the coming days to provide additional assistance as needed. Oregon Trail Chapter mental health personnel also responded to the fire scene.
