Red Cross Volunteers Respond To Five Fires in Five Days

Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue responded to multi-unit fire at the Royal Oaks apartments on SW Oleson Rd. at 4:30 p.m. Sunday evening.

Eight units are uninhabitable and Red Cross responders are assisting five adults and three children with food, clothing, and temporary lodging. Red Cross client services caseworkers will continue to work with the families in the coming days to provide additional assistance as needed.

This was the fifth fire in as many days to which Oregon Trail Chapter volunteers have responded.
